About these terms
These terms apply to zingpk.com, operated by Zing Power Solutions. By placing an order you accept them.
Products and specifications
We supply hybrid solar inverters, LiFePO4 batteries and energy storage systems. Specifications, images and descriptions are given in good faith. Manufacturers may revise specifications without notice; where a change materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before dispatch.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed when your order is accepted is the price you pay.
Payment is by bank transfer. Our representative will contact you to confirm your order and provide payment details. An order is accepted once payment has cleared.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable, a price has been listed in error, or we are unable to deliver to the address given. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Warranty
Our products carry a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by product. Please contact us by email or WhatsApp for the terms that apply to your unit, and to raise a claim.
Installation and safety
Solar inverters and battery systems must be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with local regulations and the product manual. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from incorrect installation or wiring, or from use outside the published specification.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
