Where we deliver

We deliver across all of Pakistan.

Cost and delivery time

Our inverters and batteries differ considerably in size and weight, so freight cost and delivery time depend on which product you order and where it is going. Rather than publish a single figure that would be wrong for most orders, our representative confirms both with you on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched.

If you would like an estimate before ordering, contact us with the model you are considering and your city.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment has cleared. We will confirm your order and arrange delivery with you directly.

When your delivery arrives

Please check the packaging and the unit on arrival. If anything is damaged, photograph it before and after unpacking where you can, and contact us. Damage in transit is covered, and there is no deadline for reporting it. See our Refund Policy.

Installation is separate

Delivery does not include installation. Solar inverters and battery systems must be installed by a qualified electrician. Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered.
